How to Manage and Approve New Member Applications

From nooq.golf App sign in as normal.

Select Waiting List where you will see all the applications that have been sent in

Select the : three dots to display the actions for each application.

Show Details  - Displays the applicants details

Send Payment Link - Sends a link to the applicant emails asking for payment

Approve - Once payment accepted, or before payment accepted - can approve the membership application.

Take Payment - Only after an application has been approved, will payment be taken.

Stage to Club v1 

Add to Club v1 - After approval and payment, add the member to club v1 and send welcome email joining instructions
