How to understand the club configuration settings

Name of club - is what is used to select your club

Address - this is used to determine postcode and the distance for which determines local members and how far from the club they reside. This is typically used if your club has distance memberships, international memberships or country memberships with reduced privileges but based on where the member resides.

Email - this is used to notify of new membership applications.

Max Members - if set, can be used to determine if a club has space to accept new members, or automatically place them onto the online waiting list.

Waiting List active - if the max members setting is exceeded and the waiting list is active, new member will not be permitted until approved.

Year Start Month - used to determine the billing cycle for new membership year, reminders and renewals.
